Return & Refund Policy

eViRis Health Services Pvt. Ltd. (“eViRis Health”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”,“Us”) facilitates processing accurate medicines as per order and prescription and ensures that our users referred to as “Customer”, or “You”, or “Your”, or “User”, are satisfied with the services or products purchased using the Company’s “Website” (www.evirishealth.com) or mobile application (“App”). Consequently, we offer refunds or returns or cancellations for the Services availed through the Website or App in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

‘Return’ means the process of giving back the product ordered from the eViRis Health Website or App by the customer. The following situations may be the reason which may cause the action of return of the product:

  1. Product(s) delivered does not match your order;
  2. Product(s) tampered during transit;
  3. Product(s) which were delivered with past or near to its expiry date (which expires in less than 3 months);
  4. Change in prescription.

IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT(S) AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCT(S). IF YOU COULD NOT CHECK THE DAMAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY BY CALLING US AT +91 8010 234 234. REPLACEMENT FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT(S) WILL DEPEND ON THE AVAILABILITY IN STOCK. IN THE ABSENCE OF A REPLACEMENT, WE WILL OFFER A REFUND.

The Returns are subject to the following conditions:
  1. Any wrong ordering of product(s) doesn’t qualify for Return;
  2. The batch number of the product(s) being returned should match as mentioned in the invoice;
  3. Partially consumed strips or product(s) does not qualify for Return;
  4. Product(s) applicable/qualified for Return should only be in their original manufacturers’ packaging.
Category of Non-Returnable Product(s):
The following category of products does not qualify for Returns as per the Company policy:
  1. Food and Nutrition
  2. Baby-care
  3. Sexual Wellness & Personal Hygiene
  4. Specialty Medicines
  5. Temperature controlled products such as Vials, Injections, Penfills, Vaccinations, and other products requiring cold storage.
  6. Healthcare devices and kits
  7. Surgical products
  8. Returns which arise in regard to the warranty provided by the manufacturer (We take no responsibility for the warranties provided by the manufacturer and such returns should be directed to the manufacturer)
Return Procedure:

You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 14 days from the date of delivery. Call or WhatsApp us at +91 8010 234 234 ( 9 AM – 9 PM Monday to Saturday and 10 AM – 6 PM on Sundays, Public Holidays) to initiate the Return.

Upon receiving the return request, the Company checks for the authenticity and nature of the request and then initializes the Return and Refund process. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, the Return product(s) will be collected within 1-4 days from the date of request.

A return pick-up charge of INR 50/- will be levied. It will be waived off if the pick-up happens at the time of order delivery (if placed any) and if the net payable for the order is greater than INR 300/-.

The Company reserves all rights to cancel the Return request at any point of time and the decision of the company will be final in this regard. You are free to escalate the same to escalation.matrix@evirishealth.com if you feel the decision made was in error.

Refund Procedure:
With consent to the above mentioned, if the claim is found to be reasonable, the Refund will be processed as mentioned below:
  1. Refunds for all eligible Returns will be credited in the eViRis Health wallet and can be used for subsequent purchases.
  2. If the wallet is not a preferred mode, the amount will be refunded through fund transfer.
  3. For the payments made via Credit cards / Debit cards/ E-wallets, the refund will be processed after deducting 2% of the transaction value (or applicable %) to recompense the transaction charges levied by banks.
  4. Refunds will be completed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up.
Important Notes:
  1. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your eViRis Health account should match with the name of the account holder.
  2. If the payment was made using a third-party account, refunds will be made to the same account.
  3. No cash or cheque refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  4. No interest will be paid on refund.
  5. eViRis Health does not stand liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by banks, technical issues, and any other reasons beyond its control.

Any query with respect to the refund can be addressed to refunds@evirishealth.com citing the support ticket number or the invoice number against which the refund is requested for.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by customer:

The customer can cancel the order until it is shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellations are treated as returns and the process outlined for the returns will be applicable.

Cancellation by Company:

Some situations including but not limited to non-availability or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our distribution channels, partners may arise which may result in cancellation of your order.

eViRis Health also reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time as per certain criteria.
